We had a great stay in this hotel. The location was perfect and the staff were very helpful. The room was small but nicely decorated and very clean. Some of the other reviews have complained about the narrow staircase and no lift but this adds to the charm of a city bed and breakfast. If your looking for a more american style hotel with large rooms and lifts, then stay at the Hilton. If you are looking to get the real feeling of Amsterdam and pleasant staff, then this is the place for you.

Very friendly staff; freshly renovated 1733 building; rooms designed beautifully in black, white and grey; stiff stairways inside (we only had backpacks, so it was fun to climb), huge windows, romantic view on the canal and the Hermitage, walkable distance from the center and still quiet; canal bus stops nearby (take it!). We didn't have any problems with mosquitos. Highly recommend for young couples without heavy luggage!

We stayed in a small double room - the room was clean and nicely decorated. it wasn't too small and was fine for our needs. the hotel is in a good location - in a quiet street near a canal but walking distance to more lively locations. the staff were friendly and helpful.

Está muy bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro y en una zona buena y tranquila. se puede ir andando desde la estación central, unos 10 minutos. estéticamente es moderno y con un diseño atractivo. todos los servicios del hotel adecuados, y el personal excepcional, muy amables y atentos. muy recomendable alquilar una bici, es la ciudad perfecta para ello.

Hotel davvero eccezionale, nonostante sia un 2 stelle è molto curato, particolare in ottima posizione, a disposizione quasi tutto il giorno caffè, cioccolata, thè, ecc gratuiti, la camera era molto spaziosa e curata bene, ottima pulizia, eravamo nella stanza da 5 e tutti noi siamo rimasti soddisfatti dell'hotel ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Otel çalışanları inanılmaz sıcak ve yardımsever. odamızın manzarası cok guzeldi ev de oda çok temizdi. Günlük temizlik de oldukça duzenli yapılıyordu. her şey yenilenmiş, oldukça konforlu. Gun boyu ucretsiz kahve imkanı var ve de kahveler cok lezzetli...

l'hotel è molto carino, raggiungendo la nostra camera al terzo piano attraverso le tipiche scale delle abitazioni di Amsterdam (non c'è ascensore) ci ha molto colpito la carta da parati di colori diversi sui vari piani, il grande lampadario al primo piano così come i dettagli (carta da parati, piastrelle e moquette) della camera. La posizione dell'hotel è ottimale in 5 minuti si arriva a Rembradt plein e anche il resto è raggiungibile in poco tempo. questo hotel,è l'ideale per chi vuole viversi la città evitando però di stare nel caos del centro vicino a Piazza Dam. Lo staff dell'albergo molto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Non abbiamo provato la colazione ma abbiamo trovato ottime soluzioni nelle vicinanze dell'albergoSALUD MARIA OVIEDO CARMONA

Conocimos a dos de los recepcionistas y a una de las limpiadoras....no se deciros cual de ellos fue mas amable.tienen un servicio de cafe y zumos gratuito,te dejan guardar las maletas el tiempo necesario,por que a las 10:30 tienes que abandonar la habitacion,pero si quieres pasar el dia por alli,te guardan las maletas en un cuarto sin ningun peligro.te dan toda la informacion que necesites y te ayudan en lo que puedan.las habitaciones muy limpias.no puedo quejarme de que fueran pequeñas o de que las escaleras fueran algo empinadas...por que todos los edificios de alli son asi....aprobechan mucho el espacio,el caso es que las habitaciones son muy comodas y acojedoras,y las escaleras si las bajas con cuidado...estan bien tambien. Located in a very quiet/picturesque area, about 20 minutes walk from Amsterdam's Central Train Station, about 5-10 minutes walk to the city centre. Very friendly staff. Clean and reasonably comfortable, represents good value for money.

L'hôtel Hermitage est situé dans un quartier très agréable et très tranquille d'Amsterdam. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très sympathique, accueillant et à l'écoute. De plus, l'hôtel est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Отель расположен близко к вокзалу и ко всем туристическим улицам и кварталам. Дом старый, очень красивый, классический амстердамский вид снаружи. Внутри прекрасная винтовая лестница. Номера уютные и чистые, очень понравился дизайн.

The staff were very helpful, we were allocated a room on the top floor up a small staircase which was impossible for us older persons to manage, the man on duty said that they had no other room. When we returned from a walk they had managed to change us to ground floor as a couple were happy with the upper floor. The hotel was user friendly.
